Lest We Forget

It all started in 1967.We remember those who died for us in the war,and on the 11th month of the 11th day of the 11th hour we will have a moment of silence and remember those who sacrificed their life so that we can be free and have peace in our country.

The Poppy

The poppy is a sign of remembrance.We wear the poppy to remember those who died for us and even those who lived,they sacraficed their lives and left their families so that we can have freedom and peace in our lives.

John Mcrae

John Mcrae was was a Lieutenant Colonal and  born in 1872 in Guelph Ontario ha was known as Guelphs most  famous sons  and he died in 1918 he also wrote a poem called "In Flanders Fields" he wrote this poem in 1915 and we still sing this poem today.
